Clips of the Week

First of all, let me begin this post by saying it's a shame we won't have John Madden around anymore. Michael Wilbon on PTI said it best the other day when he said that Madden might be more important and more associated with the NFL than any player today and any player ever. So true. Between his quick coaching career, his Super Bowl title, his announcing, and, of course, his game, Madden is the biggest football personality out there. Picture that. Anyway, clips of the week:

Shaq Punked
Shaq gets punked by teammate Lou Amundson, who fills his van with Styrofoam. First off, why the F is Shaq whipping this perv Astro van?? Guy has more money than God. Second of all, Amundson, that little girlie Ninja, is going to get shuffleddddd. And third, love how he just has other people clean it for him. Like you’re saying no to Shaq. After you watch a little fast forward to 6:10 to see Shaq pick up and dunk a grown man like nothing.

Bruce Pearl Rap
Wooo…love this guy. He was an old fav of mine and Wolfe’s at USSS. Is there any other coach you’d rather play for? Guy diddles dimes, wears flamboyant suits, raps, and, oh yea, wins games.

Goose Attacks
Please watch this whole 2 min vid. The persistence of this little critter is amazing. The dog is a puss, but he looks old so I don’t blame him. I have no idea why this guy has a camera and continues to film, but his chokeholds on the goose is worth it for a watch. Watch at the end when they try to speed away.

Stafford’s Cannon
Love this clip for some reason. Georgia quarterback and potential No. 1 pick Matt Stafford was on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night. I’ll use this space to say real quick that I really like Fallon in this role. He was understandably nervous at first, but he’s gotten more comfortable and decided to freestyle more things rather than going off cue cards. He’s a solid talk show host. Anyway, what a good move by Stafford. Guy is all over everyone’s radar now. Watch him beast these plates.
