Fernando Tatis and the Mystery of the Sore Right Palm
I'm pretty sure I did see something about this on ESPN or some other site but who did Fernando think he was fooling with this "3 am sore right palm" story. Certainly not the WKFTB that's for sure. HERE is the actual news clipping.
(Look where the huge red arrow).
RLOL at the next quote which was taken from the Post which said:
The New York Post reports that Fernando Tatis continues to be sidelined by a "mysterious injury" to his right hand.
Tatis has been scratched from Wednesday's spring training opener and may be headed for X-rays. According to the newspaper, Jerry Manuel speculated that the injury may have come from Tatis participating in "the intense 80-pitch hitting drill the manager instituted this season to help his players fight through fatigue." "It just happened to swell up on him, so I'll probably take responsibility for that," Manuel said.
Sheeeeiiiitttt Manuel is taking responsibility for this mysterious 3 am palm injury??? No wonder why the Mets never make the playoffs.
Enjoy your weekend.
Thanks to Ross and Cus for the heads up.
