Also I would like to say that while I've been Bro'ing dudes up for ages now I definitely stole the use of the word "the kid" from Nick and let me tell you....it is ill. If your having a bad day and you want an easy way to cheer yourself up, just call yourself "the kid" a couple of times.

For example, while talking to your friends telling a story you say:

"Yeah so the other night this girl looks at me and smiles and I step back and say hey yo bitch, are you smiling at the kid or what? Cuz the kid will take you home and change your life."

A Tribute to...how much I miss KG

First of all, I don't know if you saw the end of last nights C's game but it was incredible. Great showdown between Ray Ray and Ben Gordon...but what was even MORE incredible was the faces that KG were making as the camera panned to him the game ended (I tried to find the clip but could not). He was honestly making faces that I have only seen before by Marlon Wayans in the movie Don't be a Menace...which is why I have that up movie photo up there.

KG is the biggest alien that we have here in Boston.....the guy oozes intensity and I'm pretty sure he blacks out during most games and says/does whatever he wants without really knowing it. Think of some of the ill actions you've seen him do in the last two years. Talking shit, headbutting baskets, pounding his chest, making Big Baby cry. The guy is an absolute freak, and if you think for a minute that the C's have a chance to win without him you are out of your mind.

The guy erases 10-14 points a game from the opposing teams total...he is the leader out there and it really blows not having him. Can the Celtics struggle to the Conference Finals...yeah probably. But they will get crunk dunked by LBJ all series, it's just the sad truth.

Also as I'm sure you all know, Leon is tore his ACL and is out of the remainder of the playoffs....

Rivers: KG NOT Ready for Playoffs

Doc Rivers was on EEI this morning. Just awful, terrible news. I'm so mad about this. This injury has been the most confusing, shadiest thing this side of Brady's knee. I'll let Doc take it from here:

“I don’t see it. I just don’t,” Rivers said about Garnett being ready to play. “I’ve flipped completely, because I was watching him move (before) and he looked great.

But after today, there’s no way he can play.”

Would he would tell Garnett he can’t play?

“I did today. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t keep getting treatment and see where he can go, but there’s no way he can play.”

“The guy’s a warrior and you can see him trying to mask it, but after 20 minutes of running, there’s just no way,” Rivers said.

“It may send a message to our guys that there’s nobody you’re waiting for. And it can help us in that way. That’s the only way it can help us.”

Facccckkkkkk. Look the NBA refular season is way too long. I can't remember the last time I actuall watched a Celtics game end to end. I thought it was because the seeding has been decided forever or because I'm just plain sick of regular season ball since at this point all that matters is the playoffs. But that's not it at all. It's because of this guy. KG, bro, I miss you so much. Don't get why they tease us every few games seying you're ready to come back. Get well. We NEED you this spring...
